Meet the Black Marsh Team!
Today the Black Marsh Project is composed of a small but dedicated group of modders. We all have our own talents and areas of expertise to contribute to the mod. Our history has been full of ups and downs - twice the project has faltered and even halted, but every time the project has lived on under new leaders and with new members. The current team has seen the project through two playable alphas, and is committed to continuing development until the end and a full release. Here is a short bio of all of our currently active members.
Our Team Leaders
Name: Ibsen's Ghost
Bio: Appointed in 2008 during one of the project's all-time lows, Ibsen's Ghost has presided over a remarkable turnaround from an almost moribund group to one of the largest and most ambitious modding projects ever attempted for Elder Scrolls 4. Besides his administrative role, Ibsen's Ghost is best known for his prolific landscaping work, which has brought huge swathes of Black Marsh up to playable quality; and his inimitable sense of humour.
Bio: The rescuer of Black Marsh, after our old hosting website of Silgrad Tower went down, AndalayBay was the co-founder of the Dark Creations modding collective, home to Beyond Skyrim. Subsequently she has founded her own site, The Assimilation Lab, which offers hosting and technical support to an impressive array of Elder Scrolls mods, including Black Marsh. As well as this, AndalayBay is the mastermind behind our file merging and version control, and many of our scripts.
The rest of the Team
Webmaster
Bio: A former project leader until 2001, Deeza was responsible for the development of much of the project's lore and its in-game literature, as well as numerous interiors.
